Information we may collect
When you submit a project brief, we receive the project direction, website URL, contact details, timing, project background, and concerns you provide. We also record the source page, browser user agent, and a one-way hash of IP information.
On the first visit, the browser stores the landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, and advertising click identifier in localStorage. They are sent only with a submitted form and are used for enquiry attribution. Website self-check answers remain in the browser; only the score is included when you continue from the result to the contact form.
Draft content and a random browser submission identifier are stored in localStorage to restore unsent work and reduce duplicate leads. They are not sent to the server before the form is submitted.
How the information is used
- Understand the project and respond to the enquiry.
- Avoid multiple project codes for the same browser submission.
- Investigate form abuse, errors, and security issues.
- Understand public-page and key-interaction performance when analytics is enabled.
Analytics
The website supports Google Analytics 4 and Baidu Tongji. Third-party scripts load only when their identifiers are configured, and are disabled by default in local testing. Those providers process technical and usage data under their own policies.
Notifications and follow-up
After a successful submission, the system emails the project code, contact details, and project information to the designated business mailbox. The private lead dashboard stores the owner, next follow-up, qualification reason, estimated value, close reason, and internal notes. Reminders continue while the lead is unprocessed and stop after its status changes.
New submissions do not create public share links. Legacy result pages remain noindex, no-store, no-referrer, and excluded from the sitemap.
Storage and security
Project data is stored on Ayouhuo business servers. Access controls, rate limits, and hashed fields reduce risk. Information is retained only as needed for communication, delivery, compliance, and security operations, then removed when no longer required.
Your choices
You may leave optional fields blank and clear website data in your browser to remove local drafts and language preferences. To request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information, provide the project code and email joelleung@qq.com.
Updates
This page will update the date and content when material changes are made to features, analytics tools, or processing practices.
